We also offer annual renewal plans for ongoing training as your team grows.
Yes — your data is yours. We sign NDAs by default, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and give you full export access at any time. Our systems are built without vendor lock-in: you get the source code, database exports and documentation. If we ever part ways, you walk away with everything.
Always. Hands-on training for administrators and end-users is built into every software rollout. We produce user manuals, record walk-through videos and run live sessions on-site or over Zoom. For larger deployments we also train a local "super-user" on your team who becomes the first line of support.
Absolutely. MTN MoMo is our preferred payment rail — we'll share the business MoMo number on your invoice. Bank transfer (GT Bank and others), cheque and cash-on-delivery for shop items are all accepted. Every payment is receipted immediately by email or SMS.
